OK Here is the scoop! We will be attempting to have a rehearsal after the Opening Reception on Saturday night - we'll tweet out where exactly when we figure it out so watch the Twitter stream for #asae10, but since most everyone will be at the opening reception it's likely to just be somewhere obvious in a corner of the room or nearby (in the same building).
FLASHMOB DETAILS - The super awesome folks at the Austin CVB have stepped up to help us. They have a huge Texas pavilion right in the middle of the expo floor by the entrance. They have a stage (for anyone brave enough), a sound system, and 50 people from 9 Texas booths practicing and ready to roll. Whoo hoo!
So the plan is TEXAS PAVILION BOOTH 921 at 10:45 am on SUNDAY 8/22. You don't need to be in the booth area, just that is where the music will start to play - then you know what to do!
